I almost thought I’d have a lovely time, but the pool turned out to be a battleground for sunbed hoggers and the staff were utterly unhelpful! A room upgrade woudl ve been appreciated, especially after my stay in that cramped room smelling like a drain. Just couldn't give a good review after all.

Our stay was truly enjoyable, especially with the spacious room that offered breathtaking sea views from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a variety of freshly baked items and delicious options that catered to every palate. We loved the proximity to the charming town of Ciutadella, which we could reach through a lovely coastal walk. One area for improvement would be the variety in the evening dinner menu, as it could get a bit repetitive during our stay.

Just returned from our stay and loved the spacious Double or Twin Room, especially the fantastic breakfast with wonderful omelettes! the restaurant being in the basement felt a bit cramped.

Everything was fantastic. The pool area was lovely and clean. We enjoyed the best breakfast we've ever had at a resort. The room was comfortable and offered beautiful views of the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay.

We arrived after midnight and struggled to find the receptionist for the parking code, which was an additional cost. The room had an unpleasant drain smell for the first two nights, making our stay uncomfortable. The pool area was overcrowded by guests reserving sunbeds without using them, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities.
